Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On March 12, 2020, Zovio Inc (the “Company”) terminated Gregory K. Finkelstein as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, and as an employee of the Company. Mr. Finkelstein’s termination was without “Cause,” as defined in his employment agreement which has been included as Exhibit 10.27 to the Company’s Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2018 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on March 12, 2019.
