On February 25, 2020, LMP Automotive Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing earnings and other financial results for the Company’s fiscal quarter ended December 31, 2019 and for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2019, and that management would review these results in a conference call at 4:30 pm Eastern time on February 25, 2020. On February 26, 2020, the Company issued a corrected press release announcing a correction of one figure in its earnings announcement. A copy of the corrected press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
