Resignation of Chief Operating Officer

 

On February 14, 2020, Silver Spike Acquisition Corp. (the “Company”) announced that it had received notice from Mohammed Grimeh of his decision to resign as the Company’s Chief Operating Officer, effective on or about February 18, 2020. The Company has allocated the responsibilities of the Chief Operating Officer among its remaining executive officers.
