On February 13, 2020, OneWater Marine Inc. announced it had priced its initial public offering of 5,307,693 shares of Class A common stock, which includes the exercise in full by the underwriters of their option to
purchase additional shares of Class A common stock. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated herein by reference.
