Other Events.

 

On February 13, 2020, Alpha Pro Tech, Ltd. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing an increase in orders of the Company’s N-95 Particulate Respirator face mask as a result of increased customer demand due to the Wuhan coronavirus (2019-nCoV) outbreak. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
