On February 6, 2020, Universal Technical Institute, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release reporting first quarter results for fiscal 2020. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated into this Item 2.02 by reference.
