On February 6, 2020, Jerash Holdings (US), Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release to announce that its board of directors had declared a quarterly dividend of $0.05, payable on or about February 26, 2020, to stockholders of record as of February 19, 2020. The press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
