Mayville Engineering Company, Inc. (the Company) intends to hold its first Annual Meeting of Shareholders (the Annual Meeting) as a publicly-traded company on May 12, 2020, at a time and location to be specified in the Companys proxy statement related to the Annual Meeting. The Companys board of directors has set March 9, 2020 as the record date for determining shareholders of the Company entitled to notice of and to vote at the Annual Meeting and any adjournments or postponements thereof.
Under the proxy rules and regulations of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the SEC), the Company has set February 10, 2020 as the deadline for submitting a shareholder proposal for inclusion in the Companys proxy materials for the Annual Meeting pursuant to SEC Rule 14a-8. Any such proposal must meet the requirements set forth in the rules and regulations of the SEC, including Rule 14a-8, and be received by the Companys Secretary no later than February 10, 2020 for such proposal to be eligible for inclusion in the Companys proxy materials for the Annual Meeting.
