Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On January 15, 2020, the board of directors (the “Board) of Virginia National Bankshares Corporation (the “Company”) elected Hunter E. Craig to the Company’s Board. Mr. Craig has been appointed to serve on the Board’s Audit and Compliance Committee. Mr. Craig will be compensated in the same manner as other non-employee directors of the Company.
