Myomo, Inc. (the “Company”) was scheduled to hold its Special Meeting of Stockholders (the “Special Meeting”) on January 21, 2020 at 10:00 am Eastern Time. Less than a majority of the shares of the Company’s outstanding common stock entitled to vote at the Special Meeting were present in person or by proxy at the Special Meeting, and the Company therefore determined that it lacked the requisite quorum. In accordance with the Company’s bylaws, the meeting was adjourned until January 30, 2020, at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time at the offices of Goodwin Procter LLP, 100 Northern Avenue, Boston, MA 02210.
