Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.  

On January 13, 2020, Southwest Georgia Financial Corporation announced the resignation of Karen T. Boyd, Senior Vice President and Treasurer of Southwest Georgia Financial Corporation and its subsidiary, Southwest Georgia Bank, effective January 10, 2020.
