Item 5.02.   Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers
On January 8, 2020, R. Mark Addy announced his resignation as Executive Vice President of Phillips Edison & Company, Inc. (the "Company") and from all of the offices and other positions he holds with the Company's subsidiaries and affiliates, effective January 20, 2020. Mr. Addy is resigning to pursue other opportunities and his resignation is not due to any dispute or disagreement with the Company.
