On January 10, 2020, Kentucky First Federal Bancorp (the “Company”) announced that the Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.10 per share for shareholders of record on January 31, 2020, to be paid on February 18, 2020. For more information, see the Company’s press release dated January 10, 2020, which is filed as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated herein by reference.
