Item 7.01        Regulation FD Disclosure

On January 7, 2020, MMA Capital Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”), issued a press release announcing the repayment in full of the financing which the Company provided to affiliates of Hunt Investment Management, LLC, its external manager.  The press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
