ITEM 7.01 REGULATION FD DISCLOSURE
On November 5, 2019, Livent Corporation ("the Company") issued a press release announcing the financial results for its third quarter ended September 30, 2019. On January 7, 2020 the Company announced that it has revised its fourth quarter and full-year financial guidance. The company now expects full-year 2019 revenue in the range of $385 million to $390 million, with Adjusted EBITDA of $98 million to $101 million and adjusted earnings per share of 40 cents to 42 cents. For the fourth quarter 2019, revenue in the range of $75 million to $80 million is expected, with Adjusted EBITDA of $14 million to $17 million and adjusted earnings per share of 4 cents to 6 cents.
