Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
This Form 8-K/A amends the Form 8-K filed by the Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco (Bank) on November 7, 2019, to add information about the Committees of the Bank's Board of Directors (Board) on which Directors Melinda Guzman, Matthew Hendricksen, Shruti Miyashiro and Kevin Murray will serve in 2020.
The Board has appointed Ms. Guzman, Mr. Hendricksen, Ms. Miyashiro and Mr. Murray to the Board's Committees as follows:
Melinda Guzman - Chair of the Governance Committee; Member of the Compensation and Human Resources, Finance and Strategic Planning, Public Affairs, Regulatory Compliance, and Risk Committees.
Matthew Hendricksen - Member of the Affordable Housing and Community Investment, Audit, Finance and Strategic Planning, Governance, and Risk Committees.
Shruti Miyashiro - Vice Chair of the Audit Committee; Member of the Finance and Strategic Planning, Governance, and Risk Committees.
Kevin Murray - Chair of the Public Affairs Committee; Member of the Affordable Housing and Community Investment, Finance and Strategic Planning, and Risk Committees.
