On December 24, 2019 the Company issued a press release announcing that Alexander M. Salgado, our Chief Executive Officer, will appear the same day on Yahoo Finance’s On the Move with Adam Shapiro and Julie Hyman, 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. Following the live broadcast, Veritas Farms anticipates that replay links will be made available through the Company’s website and social media accounts and also via the front page of the Yahoo Finance website (https://finance.yahoo.com).
A copy of the Company’s press release dated December 24, 2019 is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
