On December 16, 2019, Edmund P. Harrigan, M.D. notified Bellicum Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (the “Company”) of his resignation from his position as a member of the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board”), including each committee of the Board on which he is a member, to be effective December 19, 2019.
