On January 25, 2019, John W. Kapples notified GCP Applied Technologies Inc. (the “Company”) of his resignation as the Company’s Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary effective in March 2019. Mr. Kapples is resigning to pursue an external opportunity and has agreed to stay with the Company to March 2019 to assist in a smooth transition. The Company intends to initiate a search for a new General Counsel.
