Item 5.02(b) Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers

 

ChineseInvestors.com,, Inc. announces that its chief financial officer, Paul D. Dickman, has resigned as the Company’s chief financial officer, effective January 31, 2019, to pursue other business interests. There was no disagreement between Mr. Dickman and management. Mr. Dickman will remain as a member of the Company’s board of directors through the next shareholders’ meeting and will advise the new interim chief financial officer, Alex Hamilton, during the transition through May 31, 2019. The Company will pay Mr. Dickman $7,500 per month through the end of the Company’s fiscal year, May 31, 2019.
