ITEM 8.01.    Other Events.

On January 28, 2019, Schneider National, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that Nicholas O. Anderson has been appointed as Acting General Counsel and Corporate Secretary effective January 28, 2019.

The Company previously announced on January 18, 2019 that Paul J. Kardish, the Company’s former Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary would be resigning from the Company on March 31, 2019. Mr. Kardish will continue to be employed and will assist in an orderly transition of responsibilities until March 31, 2019, at which time Mr. Kardish's employment at the Company will end.
