Item 8.01. Other Events.
On January 25, 2019, Tribune Media Company (“Tribune”) issued a press release announcing Tribune had completed the sale of its remaining 5% membership interests in Chicago Entertainment Ventures, LLC (formerly Chicago Baseball Holdings, LLC). A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein.
