On January 25, 2019, Esquire Financial Holdings, Inc. (the "Company"), the holding company for Esquire Bank, National Association, issued a press release announcing its earnings for the quarter ended December  31, 2018.  A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated herein by reference.  The information contained in this Item 2.02, including the related information set forth in the press release, is being "furnished" and shall not be deemed "filed" for the purposes of Section 18 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
