On January 24, 2019, Metropolitan Bank Holding Corp. (the “Company”), the holding company for Metropolitan Commercial Bank, announced the financial results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2018. The earnings release containing the financial results is included as Exhibit 99.1 and shall not be deemed “filed” for any purpose.
