REGULATION FD DISCLOSURE
|
On January 24, 2019, the registrant issued a news release announcing estimated catastrophe losses for the fourth quarter of 2018 of $695 million, net of reinsurance, reinstatement premiums and taxes. The estimate includes fourth quarter 2018 losses from Hurricane Michael, the Camp and Woolsey wildfires
and the hailstorm event in Australia. A copy of that news release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
