Item 8.01 Other Events.
On January 22, 2019, Staffing 360 Solutions, Inc. announced that one of its UK businesses, Clement May, has re-signed British American Tobacco to provide resource process outsourcing and staffing services. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is hereby incorporated by reference herein.
