Item 2.02 Results of Operation and Financial Condition.
On January 23, 2019, LSI Industries Inc. issued a press release announcing operating results for the fiscal quarter ended December 31, 2018. A copy of the press release is attached to this Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
