Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.

On January 22, 2019, Vectrus, Inc. announced that Vectrus Systems Corporation, its wholly-owned subsidiary, received a Notice of Intent issued by the U.S. Government to exercise the 12 month extension period to contract W52P1J-10-C-0062 (also known as the Kuwait Base Operation and Security Support Services (K-BOSSS) contract), from March 29, 2019 through March 28, 2020 with a six-month option period from March 29, 2020 through September 28, 2020. The preliminary notice does not commit the Government to exercising the option.
