Item 7.01.  Regulation FD.

On January 22, 2019, Thunder Bridge Acquisition, Ltd. (“Thunder Bridge”) and Hawk Parent Holdings, LLC (“Repay”) held an investor conference call, hosted by Thunder Bridge, to discuss their previously announced entry into an agreement and plan of merger. A transcript of the conference call is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
