On January 18, 2019, the Company issued a press release announcing it expects to report earnings for the quarter ended December 31, 2018 after the market closes on Monday, January 28, 2019. The Company’s press release announced a conference call is planned on Tuesday, January 29, 2019 at 10:00AM ET. A copy of the press release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8‑K as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
