Item 8.01 Other Events.
Effective
January 15, 2019 Ms. Anna Karlsen has been appointed as the
corporate Secretary of Amazing Energy Oil & Gas, Co.
(“Amazing Energy” or the
“Company”).
Ms.
Karlsen has several years’ experience in office management,
human relations, accounting systems management and
marketing.
Ms. Karlsen received a B.S. in Biology (Cum Laude) from Texas
A&M University in 2014.
Pursuant to the requirements of the Securities Exchange Act of
