Item 5.02     Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

On January 15, 2018, at a meeting of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of LiqTech International, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”), the Board accepted the resignation of Joel Gay as a director of the Company, effective immediately. Mr. Gay informed the Board that he resigned to better focus his efforts on other business opportunities that have arisen, and that his resignation did not result from any disagreement with the Company, the Board, management, or the policies or practices of the Company.

 

Following his resignation, the Board thanked Mr. Gay for his service and wished him well in all of his future endeavors.
