Other Events.

On January 14, 2019, Ecology and Environment Inc. (Nasdaq: EEI) ("E & E") submitted a compliance plan to The Nasdaq Stock Market ("Nasdaq") to support its
request for an extension of time to regain compliance with the Nasdaq continued listing requirements. Pursuant to Nasdaq rules, E & E’s securities will remain listed on the Nasdaq Stock Market pending Nasdaq's review of the compliance plan. E
& E intends to take all necessary steps to achieve compliance with the Nasdaq continued listing requirements as soon as practicable.
