On January 14, 2019, PolarityTE, Inc. (the “Company”), issued a press release titled “PolarityTE Reports Fourth Quarter and Fiscal Year 2018 Results,” reporting audited consolidated balance sheet information as of October 31, 2018, and audited consolidated results of operations and cash flows information for the three-month and twelve-month periods ended October 31, 2018. A copy of the press release is furnished as an exhibit to this report.
