Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On January 14, 2019, Del Taco Restaurants, Inc. (the “Company” or “Del Taco”) issued a press release announcing preliminary unaudited sales results for the fiscal fourth quarter ended January 1, 2019 and updated guidance for fiscal year ended January 1, 2019. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
Attached as Exhibit 99.2 to this Current Report on Form 8-K is the investor presentation dated January 14, 2019 that will be used by Del Taco in making a presentation at the 21st Annual ICR Conference at the Grande Lakes Hotel and Resort in Orlando, Florida on January 14, 2019 beginning at 10:00am Eastern Time.
