Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On January 11, 2019, Ebix, Inc. issued a press release providing a business update and announced international expansion plans. A copy of the press release is furnished with the Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporate herein by reference.
