On January 10, 2019, SYNNEX Corporation (“SYNNEX”) issued a press release regarding SYNNEX’ financial results for its fiscal fourth quarter and year ended November 30, 2018 and the announcement of a dividend in the amount of $0.375 for the first quarter of fiscal year 2019.
