Item 8.01 Other Events
On January 8, 2019, Union Bankshares Corporation ("the Company") announced that it will conduct a quarterly earnings conference call on Tuesday, January 22, 2019 at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time during which the Company will discuss fourth quarter and full year results and provide an update on recent activities. The press release announcing the conference call information is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
