On January 8, 2019, Nabors Industries Ltd. issued a press release, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference (the “Press Release”).

On January 9, 2019, Mr. William Restrepo, CFO of Nabors Industries Ltd., will participate in the Goldman Sachs Global Energy Conference.  Slides related to Mr. Restrepo’s participation in the conference are attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2 and are incorporated herein by reference (the “Presentation Slides”).
