On January 3, 2019, Southwest Georgia Financial Corporation announced the retirement of John J. Cole, Jr., Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Southwest Georgia Financial Corporation and its subsidiary, Southwest Georgia Bank, effective December 31, 2018.
A copy of that press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report.
