Item 8.01. Other Events
On December 21, 2018, Tel-Instrument Electronics Corp (“Tel”, “Tel-Instrument” or the “Company”) (NYSE American: TIK) , today reported the receipt of a $1.6 million follow-on order for Mode 5 test sets from a major U.S. defense contractor.
A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
