Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers, Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On December 21, 2018, Surna Inc. (the “Company”) notified Mark E. Smiens that his employment with the Company was terminated. Effective December 21, 2018, the Company’s Board of Directors removed Mark E. Smiens as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Secretary.
