Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On November 22, 2018, Mark Fletcher ceased to serve as the Company’s Executive Vice-President and General Counsel. Since that date the Company and Mr. Fletcher have discussed his potential continuing role with the Company, but those discussions ceased on December 10, and Mr. Fletcher will no longer be affiliated with the Company.
