On December 17, 2018, National Rural Utilities Cooperative Finance Corporation (the “Company”) announced the appointment of Graceann Clendenen as Chief Administrative Officer of the Company, effective December 17, 2018.
Ms. Clendenen, 60, joined the Company in 1982. Throughout her career with the Company, Ms. Clendenen has held various positions. She served as Vice President, Human Resources until February 2012. In February 2012, she became Vice President, Human Resources & Corporate Services and in April 2014, Ms. Clendenen became Senior Vice President, Corporate Services.
There are no family relationships between Ms. Clendenen and any executive officer or director of the Company and Ms. Clendenen does not have any direct or indirect material interest in any transaction required to be disclosed pursuant to Item 404(a) of Regulation S-K. Ms. Clendenen was not appointed pursuant to any arrangement or understanding between her and any other person.
