Item 8.01. Other Events
On December 20, 2018, Level One Bancorp, Inc. issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors had declared a quarterly cash dividend on its common stock of $0.03 per share payable on January 15, 2019, to shareholders of record on December 31, 2018. A copy of this press release is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this report on Form 8-K.
