On December 20, 2018, Actuant Corporation (the “Company”) announced its results of operations for the first quarter
ended November 30, 2018. A copy of the press release announcing the Company's results for the first quarter ended November 30, 2018 is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
