Item 8.01 Other Events.
On December 18, 2018, VBI Vaccines Inc. issued a press release announcing closing of its previously announced underwritten public offering of common shares and partial exercise of underwriters’ option to purchase additional common shares for aggregate gross proceeds of $42.9 million. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is hereby incorporated by reference herein.
