Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

On December 18, 2018, Barbara H. Stephens notified REV Group, Inc. (the “Company”) of her intention to retire as Chief Human Resources Officer of the Company. A specific date for Ms. Stephens’ retirement has not been set, and Ms. Stephens has indicated that she is willing to continue serving as Chief Human Resources Officer until her successor is appointed and a reasonable period thereafter, in order to assist in the smooth transition of her duties. The Company plans to begin a search to replace Ms. Stephens as Chief Human Resources Officer.

 

The Company would like to thank Ms. Stephens for her service, including her successful development of the Company’s human resources department and her leadership throughout the Company’s initial public offering.
