Item 8.01 Other Events.
On December 19, 2018, the Homeland Energy Solutions, LLC (the "Company") board of directors declared a distribution of $4,519,200 to be paid to 64,560 membership units which equals $70.00 per membership unit. The record date for the distribution is December 19, 2018. The Company anticipates paying this distribution by the end of December 2018.
