On December 19, 2018, G1 Therapeutics, Inc. issued a press release announcing positive topline results from a randomized Phase 2 trial of trilaciclib showing multi-lineage myelopreservation benefits in 2nd /3rd line small cell lung cancer. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
